1. About ATM Finder
ATM Finder is a mobile application that helps users find cash machines near their current position, identify the nearest banking ATM, filter nearby results and open directions in an external navigation app.
ATM Finder does not require user registration and does not provide user accounts.
2. Information we use
Location data
ATM Finder requests access to your device location in order to find ATMs near you and calculate distances. Your latitude and longitude are sent to the ATM Finder backend only when needed to perform an ATM search.
We do not intentionally use your precise location to identify you, create a personal profile, or track your movements over time.
Technical data
Standard web server logs may temporarily contain technical information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, device/browser information and diagnostic data. Such data may be used for security, troubleshooting and service reliability.
Advertising data
ATM Finder uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its partners may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information and consent choices in accordance with Google's policies and your privacy choices.
3. Advertising and consent
ATM Finder uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent where required by applicable law, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Where applicable, you are shown a consent message before personalized advertising is requested. You can review or change available advertising privacy choices from the app's Settings section.

4. OpenStreetMap data
ATM locations and related information may be obtained from OpenStreetMap and its contributors. ATM Finder may cache ATM information in its own database in order to improve response times and reduce unnecessary external requests.

ATM information may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate depending on the quality and availability of OpenStreetMap data in a particular area.
5. How we use information
Information processed by ATM Finder is used to:
- determine your current position when you request an ATM search;
- find and rank nearby ATMs by distance;
- provide directions to the selected ATM through an external navigation service;
- display advertisements and manage advertising consent;
- maintain security, diagnose errors and improve service reliability.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information.
Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary for the operation of the app, including:
- Google AdMob / Google UMP for advertising and consent management;
- OpenStreetMap / Overpass services for ATM location data;
- navigation providers when you choose to open directions outside ATM Finder;
- hosting and server providers required to operate the ATM Finder backend.
These third parties process information under their own privacy policies and applicable legal obligations.
7. Data retention
ATM Finder stores ATM location information and cache data needed to provide the service. We do not intentionally maintain a history of individual users' movements.
Technical server logs may be retained for a limited period for security, diagnostics and service operation. Retention periods may vary according to operational and legal requirements.
8. Location permission
Location access is required for ATM Finder's core nearby-search functionality. You can deny or revoke location permission at any time through your device settings. If location access is disabled, features that depend on your current position will not work.
9. Children's privacy
ATM Finder is not specifically directed to children. The app does not require registration and does not intentionally collect personal information from children.
10. International use
ATM Finder is designed to work internationally. Depending on where you use the app, information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence by the service providers described in this Privacy Policy.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the operation of ATM Finder and its backend. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its services or applicable legal requirements change. The latest version will always be published on this page, together with the date of the most recent update.
